We strive to be certain the information contained in this website is accurate, both in word and in pictures, but with manufacturers constantly improving and modifying products, some details may change. We reserve the right to accommodate these changes and to correct any errors that may inadvertently appear.
Warranties:
New Firearms
RPG CUSTOMS LLC is not a warranty repair station. We make no express or implied warranty whatsoever with respect to any merchandise, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturers and or distributor and are as contained in each manufacturer's package. Please consult the documentation that came with your purchase for details. We will, however, work with you in a reasonable and responsible manner to resolve any problems you may encounter.
Used Firearms
Pre-owned guns and demo models, All Used (“non-new”) firearms or other used merchandise are sold as-is where is, and no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability are made with respect to pre-owned firearms and/or accessories. Purchasers of pre-owned firearms are strongly encouraged to contact the manufacturer or check the manufacturer's website for a firearm owner's manual for their purchase.
Return Policy. Firearms, ammunition, and all other items cannot be returned. All sales are final.
Our Prices. RPG CUSTOMS LLC tries to maintain the best prices possible. These prices may change as products sell out and are re-supplied by our distributors and manufacturers. Your understanding is appreciated when stock is sold-out and replaced with higher cost items. In the event of misprinted prices, we reserve the right to sell the items at the correct, current price.
Sales Tax:
Florida residents are subject to 7% sales tax on any purchase made in the store & over the phone etc. All other in-person sale are subject to Florida State Sales Tax. As well.
Background Check Fee:
There is a $5.00(non-refundable) background check fee charged by the FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) with the purchase of any firearm. This fee is a state fee and is not retained by RPG CUSTOMS LLC. Should you be denied by the FDLE from purchasing a firearm when your background check is run, the $5 fee is paid in advance before customers information is sent electronically and is non-refundable.
Financing/Layaways:
We do not offer these services at this time.
Age Restrictions:
All of our products are intended for adult use only or under adult supervision. You must be 21 years or older to purchase any firearm in the State of Florida, including ammunition, Rifles and shotguns may be purchased by a person who is at least 18 when that person is a law enforcement or correctional officer as defined in F.S. 943.10 or a service member as defined in F.S. 250.01.
Waiting Period for Purchase of Firearms:
There is a minimum 3 day waiting period in Florida, State law entitles each county to choose how many days the waiting period is in their county, Palm Beach County has a 5 day waiting period. Exception to the waiting period buyer must possess a valid Florida Concealed Weapon Permit or Hunter Safety Course Certificate and a valid Hunting License. Waiting period is defined as 5, 24 hour periods and does not Including weekends or holidays. RPG CUSTOMS LLC will aloud pick-up on weekends after the appropriate wait period has been satisfied, as long as RPG CUSTOMS LLC is available.
A government agency-issued photo ID with your current address is required. If you are a Florida resident, the photo ID must be a Florida-issued ID. If you have moved but not updated your address on your photo ID, other forms of government issued document/s that show current home address can be used.(i.e. Vehicle registration, voter registration card etc.)
Military personnel must have their military ID, as well as a copy of their Permanent Duty Station orders and any existing, current state driver's license. TDY orders are not acceptable.
Out-of-state residents purchasing a rifle or shotgun only that is legal to own in their state of residence may use their state ID providing it has a photo with current address. Out-of-state residents may purchase a handgun but cannot take possession of the handgun until it has been transferred to a federal firearms licensed dealer (FFL dealer) in your state that will comply with the laws and regulations of your state regarding acquisition and transfer of the firearm. We will need an original, signed copy of the FFL license and street mailing address of the dealer to which it is to be shipped.
Denied or Delayed Background Check:
RPG CUSTOMS LLC does not have any control over the customers background check thru “FDLE”. In the event that a customers background check is denied the customer has Two options as followed.
Option # 1 : RPG CUSTOM LLC will provide customer with a FDLE appeal form to appeal the denied background check. It is the customers responsibly to fill the form out in it entirety and submit the form and required documents directly to FDLE. RPG CUSTOMS LLC recommends some type of delivery confirmation when mailing form and accompanying documents to FDLE.
In the event that FDLE overturns the initial denial the customer is to notify RPG CUSTOMS LLC as soon as possible and bring the letter they receive from FDLE with the new approval number on it. RPG CUSTOMS LLC is required to keep the original letter provided by FDLE and retain it with the ATF 4473 and accompany paperwork.
If the customer appeals the denial and is denied again, RPG CUSTOMS LLC police as displayed on posted signage on tables and/or counter top as well as on customer receipt will issue a refund minus a 35% restocking fee plus the $5.00 FDLE background check fee, credit card processing fee and applicable sales tax.
Option # 2: If the customer choose not to appeal the denied background check, RPG CUSTOMS LLC will assume the customer had previous knowledge that they were prohibited to purchase and/or posse a firearm. RPG CUSTOMS LLC police as displayed on posted signage on tables and/or counter top display and store policy page will issue a refund minus a 50% restocking fee plus the $5.00 FDLE background check fee, credit card processing fee and applicable sales tax.
If the customer paid with Cash or Zelle, RPG CUSTOMS LLC reserves the right to issues any or all refunds in the form of a check with in 7 to 14 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Delayed (Decision Pending) Background Check:
In the event RPG CUSTOMS LLC receives a Decision Pending response from FDLE. The customer has to call FDLE and provide any needed information to FDLE to help the process along. RPG CUSTOMS LLC has no control over the length of time for a decision to be made by FDLE.
In the event a Non-approval is returned please refer to denied background section on this page for options. In event the customer does not want to wait for a decision from FDLE it will be at the sole discretion of RPG CUSTOMS LLC to decide if a refund will be issued. Any refund to be issues will be minus of any restocking fee, handling fee and/or processing fees. All fee's will be subtracted from any/all refund before refund is issued back to the customer original payment method. If the customer paid with Cash or Zelle, RPG CUSTOMS LLC reserves the right to issues any or all refunds in the form of a check with in 7 to 14 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
NFA Sales:
All sale of Silencers, Short Barrel Rifles, Short Barrel Shotguns, Transferable Machine Guns, etc. will be followed in accordance with all Federal and State Laws. ALL NFA SALES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF PURCHASE BEFORE ANY PAPERWORK IS STARTED ,COMPLETED AND/OR SUBMITTED.
ALL NFA SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED
NFA Age Restrictions
All of NFA products are intended for adult use only or under adult supervision. You must be 21 years or older to purchase any NFA item in the State of Florida, including silencers, short barrel rifles, short barrel shotguns, AOW or transferable machine gun.
Waiting period and paper work for transfer of NFA items:
The ATF requires all NFA sales sold thru a Licensed Dealer to be submitted to ATF NFA Branch for approval with a $200.00 (US dollar) tax being paid at the time of submitting application plus any applicable fees incurred in the sale or transfer of said NFA item.
RPG CUSTOMS LLC DOES NOT RETAIN ANY OF THE REQUIRED $200.00 TAX COLLECTED AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
The ATF now offers electronic submission of form F5320.4 (Form 4) and required document for the transfer of NFA items thru a licensed dealer. RPG CUSTOMS LLC offers multiple options for all NFA sales to process required paperwork, RPG CUSTOMS LLC will use method of it chosen to submit all required paperwork and documents to complete the NFA transfer process. Customer may incur fees related to the transfer of all NFA items to include, Fingerprinting, Required document preparation fee, Photography, Notary , Shipping, Transfer Fee, etc.
RPG CUSTOMS LLC WILL DISCUSS ALL RELATED FEES WITH CUSTOMER AT TIME OF PURCHASE.
WAITING PERIOD:
While goal of the ATF for NFA Form 5320.4 (Form 4) approval is 90 days. RPG CUSTOMS LLC has no control over the time is takes for approval.

NFA TRANSFERS
All NFA items being transferred from another licensed dealer to RPG CUSTOMS LLC are subjected to all stated rules and condition above.
RPG CUSTOMS LLC must be notified prior to any NFA item being shipped to RPG CUSTOMS LLC for transfer. RPG CUSTOMS LLC charges a transfer fee on all NFA items. (please call for up to date transfer fee). Any transferred item shipped to RPG CUSTOMS LLC that is received/delivered without prior notice will be returned to sender at owner/senders expense and authorities will be notified.
NFA DENIAL
In the event the customer receives a Denial from the ATF, RPG CUSTOMS LLC will assist the customer in understanding the stated reason for the denial and offering the best solution to resubmit the paperwork for approval.
With the option of electronic submission of Form 5320.4, the ATF DOES NOT allow for corrections to be made after submission. RPG CUSTOMS LLC encourages all customers to review all paperwork, documents, user account information (etc. etc.) for accuracy and completeness before signing, certifying and submitting. RPG CUSTOMS LLC is will not be held responsible for denials based on incorrect information supplied by the customer and or misspelled information on application or user accounts.
For customers who purchased an NFA item thru Silencer Shop and received a denial from the ATF must contact Silencer Shop for step’s to resubmit paperwork. For customers who purchased from Silencer Shop and don’t want to resubmit paper must contact Silencer Shop for refund procedure. RPG CUSTOMS LLC will assist in the return of the item to Silencer Shop in accordance with RPG CUSTOMS LLC STORE POLICIES & Silencer Shop polices. RPG CUSTOMS LLC reserves the right to charge a fee to cover cost of man power and or labor and any fees or cost incurred with the assistance to refund above mentioned item/s.
In cases were the NFA item was purchased from RPG CUSTOMS LLC inventory and was processed thru Silencer Shop’s system it is at the full discretion of RPG CUSTOMS LLC as to a refund on said item.
ANY AND ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE, SHIPPING AND HANDLEING FEE, AND ANY OTHER FEE/S INCURRED BY RPG CUSTOMS LLC WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMER EXPENSE.
RPG CUSTOMS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, REMOVE, CORRECT, MODIFY OR CHANGE ANY AND ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES STATED ON RPG CUSTOMS LLC WEBSITE OR ANY PUBLISHED, PRNTED, VERBAL OR DISSEMINATED INFORMATION AT ANY TIME.
