Important Barrel Length Information

Final barrel length is determined by the location of the factory gas block and whether the customer intends to operate the rifle suppressed or unsuppressed.

Not all Ruger Mini-14 models can accommodate the same finished barrel length. Each rifle will be evaluated individually to determine an appropriate configuration based on its gas system, available barrel length, and intended suppressor compatibility.

Please Note: This service involves converting a rifle into a Short-Barreled Rifle (SBR). All applicable federal, state, and local laws and registration requirements must be satisfied before conversion work begins.

In most case the factory front sight will be removed completly, it can be replaced with a Ruger AC556 Top Gas block mout if using factory top cover.
